Mob rules combat allows for much more personalised armies, armies that, when you battle with them, actually mean something. It's like an ongoing campaign. The full mob rules contain rules for gaining equipment, members of your mob's deaths and even hiring mercenaries and bartering with other mob players. This site is to try and introduce the Mob rules to provide a hub for everyone with a mob, where they can see whats going on in the mob world. Mobs started a couple of years ago when Stuart and i were playing a small-scale skirmish game between identical groups of Uruk Hai armies when we thought, "What would the consequences of this battle be?" This one question caused a spark that kindled the fire of Mob rules combat. Having gone through many editions and vigourous playtesting, i think we now have an extension to Games Workshop's amazingly deep Strategy Battle Game. This is a game that i am now proud to have the oppurtunity to present to you. Initially a Mob consists of a Captain (with different stats), a Standard Bearer, 2 Berserkers, 4 Uruk Hai engineers and 8 Uruk Hai armed with any non-ranged weapons. Even before the first battle, this core of your Mob will be different to someone elses because you are given 50 points to spend. There are many different tactics you could use and approaches that you could take to form the strongest Mob possible. The more you know who play the game, the more of a variety of opponents you will have to play against. The E-mail address at the bottom of the home page is there for you to contact if you're interested in this great oppurtunity to play a unique and fun game. I am able to send the rules and supplements in an attachment in response to any E-mail i recieve and will endeavour to as quickly as possible.
